Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days once your order is dispatched.
Shipping time is calculated from the moment the package leaves our warehouse.
If your order has not arrived after 5 business days, please contact support@blenderhandheld.com. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier and arrange either a reshipment or a full refund, including the $4 shipping fee.
Reshipment shipping time is also 3–5 business days, so the total delivery time may be 4–7 business days.
