3. Return Process
- Once your return request is received, we will process it within 1–2 business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Refund Time
- Blenderhandheld.com covers return shipping if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
- Customers cover return shipping costs if returning due to personal preference (e.g., color, material, function, change of mind).
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds go to your original PayPal account (or payment method), including the original $4 shipping fee if applicable.
- No restocking fees apply. There are no hidden fees for returns or refunds.

5. Exchange Policy Exchanges are available within 14 calendar days of receipt for a new mixer of the same style/model. Eligible conditions for exchange:

6. How to Apply for an Exchange

- A replacement will be shipped within 2 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exchange Shipping Costs:
- Blenderhandheld.com covers shipping if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong.
- Customers pay shipping if exchanging due to personal preference.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placement via your account or by contacting customer service.
- Orders beyond this timeframe enter the packaging/shipping process and cannot be canceled.
