2. The household hand powered mixer must be returned in original packaging.

3. The product and packaging must be free from scratches, stains, breaks, or other damage.

4. All included accessories (instruction manual, warranty card, spare blade, return label, etc.) must be returned intact.

5. Include the return label with your order number and reason for return in the package.

1. Once your return request is received, we will process it within 1–2 business days.

3. After shipping, email us the tracking number, courier, and original order number.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Refund Time

• Blenderhandheld.com pays return shipping if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Customers cover shipping costs if returning due to personal preference (color, material, function, etc.).

• Refunds are processed within 2 business days to your original PayPal account, including the $4 shipping fee.

• If you do not receive your refund, contact support@blenderhandheld.com for assistance.

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available within 14 calendar days of receipt for a new mixer of the same style.

• Eligible conditions for exchange:

  1. Wrong model shipped

  2. Damaged, crushed, or broken product

  3. Missing accessories (return label, manual, spare blade)

6. How to Apply for an Exchange

• Customers pay shipping if exchanging due to personal preference.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placement via your account or by contacting customer service.

• Orders beyond this timeframe enter the packaging process and cannot be canceled.
