1. Warranty Period

  • All household hand powered mixers come with a 12-month warranty starting from the date of receipt.

  • This warranty covers material or craftsmanship defects.


2. Free Warranty Conditions

During the warranty period, free repair or replacement applies if:

  1. Your mixer has defects due to material or craftsmanship issues.

  2. Any component is damaged or unusable because of manufacturing defects.

Note: Issues resulting from intentional damage, improper use, or normal wear and tear are not covered under free warranty. In such cases, repair fees and shipping costs may apply.


3. Warranty Process

  1. Contact Us: Email Betsy Brick at support@blenderhandheld.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  2. Confirmation & Handling: We will review your request within 1–2 business days.

  3. Repair or Replacement:

    • If approved, mail your mixer to:
      1419 Alexander St, Chillicothe, Missouri, 64601, Attn: Betsy Brick

    • Provide your original order number and courier information.

    • We will repair or replace the mixer and cover the shipping costs if the issue is due to manufacturing defects.

    • Turnaround time will vary depending on the repair or replacement process.

  • Warranty services are only available to the original purchaser with a valid order number.

  • Retain all original packaging, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for warranty claims.
