• Orders placed after 4:00 PM on weekdays will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• During peak seasons or holidays, processing may be delayed by approximately 5–7 business days.

2. Shipping Time

• Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days once your order is dispatched.

• Shipping time is calculated from the moment the package leaves our warehouse.

• If your order has not arrived after 5 business days, please contact support@blenderhandheld.com. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier and arrange either a reshipment or a full refund, including the $4 shipping fee.

• Reshipment shipping time is also 3–5 business days, so the total delivery time may be 4–7 business days.

• Total delivery time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time (4–7 business days).

• If delivery exceeds 7 business days, contact us immediately for a reshipment or refund.

• Reshipments take 3–5 business days.
