Q2: Does the mixer come with accessories?
Yes, each mixer comes with an instruction manual, warranty card, spare blade, and return label for your convenience.

Q3: How do I clean my hand powered mixer?
Clean the mixer with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid submerging the entire device in water. Dry thoroughly before storage.


2. Shipping & Delivery

Q1: What are the shipping options and cost?
We ship exclusively within the U.S. via UPS Express. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, and the shipping cost is $4.

Q2: How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days during weekdays. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons, processing may take 5–7 business days.

Q3: How can I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through UPS.

Q4: What if my order is delayed or lost?
If delivery exceeds 7 business days or the package is lost, contact support@blenderhandheld.com. We will arrange a reshipment or full refund within 2 business days, including the $4 shipping fee.


3. Returns & Refunds

Q1: Can I return my mixer?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the mixer is in original condition with all accessories.

Q2: Who pays for return shipping?

  • Blenderhandheld.com covers shipping if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Customers pay shipping if returning due to personal preference (color, function, etc.).

Q3: How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are issued to your original PayPal account within 2 business days after receiving the returned item.

Q4: Can I exchange my mixer?
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days for the same model if the mixer is damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly. Shipping costs follow the same rules as returns.

Q1: How long is the warranty?
We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of receipt, covering material or craftsmanship defects.

Q2: What is not covered under warranty?
Intentional damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not covered. In these cases, repair fees and shipping costs apply.

Q3: How do I claim warranty service?

Q4: Who pays shipping for warranty repairs?

Orders can be modified within 1–2 business days after purchase. Beyond that, orders enter the shipping process and cannot be changed.
