4. Return Shipping Costs & Refund Time

• Blenderhandheld.com pays return shipping if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Customers cover shipping costs if returning due to personal preference (color, material, function, etc.).

• Refunds are processed within 2 business days to your original PayPal account, including the $4 shipping fee.

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available within 14 calendar days of receipt for a new mixer of the same style.

• Eligible conditions for exchange:

  2. Damaged, crushed, or broken product

7. Cancellation Policy
